1. Who we are
This policy applies to the M99M Malaysia guide website (“we”, “us”). We publish information about the M99M platform and online games. We do not offer accounts, forms, newsletters or payments on this site.
2. Information we collect
You can read every page of this site without giving us any personal information. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, password or banking details, and there are no sign-up or contact forms here.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when your browser requests a page. These server logs typically include your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time of the visit.
3. How we use information
Server log information is used only to keep the site secure and working properly – for example, to detect abuse, fix errors and understand overall traffic levels. We do not use it to identify individual visitors or build personal profiles.
4. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and explain what is collected and how to opt out.
5. Links to m99m.com and other sites
Login, registration and other account buttons take you to the official M99M platform at m99m.com. Once you are there, M99M’s own privacy policy applies to any information you provide, including registration details and payment information. The same applies to other external sites we link to, such as support organisations.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Technical log data may be processed by our hosting and security providers solely to operate the site, and may be disclosed if required by law or to protect the site against misuse.
7. Data retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than necessary for security and troubleshooting, after which they are deleted or anonymised by our hosting provider.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because we do not collect account or payment information, the amount of personal data at risk is kept to a minimum.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Parents can use the tools described on our responsible gaming page to block gambling content on family devices.
10. Your rights under the PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw consent to its processing. As we collect very little data, in most cases there will be nothing linked to you personally, but we will respond to every reasonable request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
