How turnover works
Turnover (also called a wagering or rollover requirement) is the total value of bets you must place before bonus money – and anything you win with it – can be withdrawn. It is the most important number in any promotion.
Turnover counts bets placed, not money lost. If you bet RM10 on 50 spins, you have generated RM500 of turnover, regardless of whether those spins won or lost.

The same “10×” headline can mean three times as much play depending on what it applies to. That is why reading the full terms matters more than the size of the bonus.
Game contribution
Not every game counts equally toward turnover. Slots usually count 100%, while live casino games and sports bets often count for less, or are excluded from certain promotions entirely. If live casino counts 10%, then RM1,000 of baccarat bets adds only RM100 toward your requirement. Check the eligible-games list before you choose where to play your bonus.
